These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of this website, operated by NETX Real Estate Group, a real estate team brokered by eXp Realty, LLC (“NETX Real Estate Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. No Agency Relationship
Using this website, its tools, or its contact forms does not make you our client. It does not create an agency, fiduciary, or broker-client relationship with NETX Real Estate Group, its agents, or eXp Realty, LLC.
We represent clients only under a written representation agreement with eXp Realty, LLC. Until you sign one, we do not represent you in any transaction.
2. Information on This Website
All content on this website is provided “as is” and “as available,” for general information only, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Market reports, statistics, property details, maps, and estimates come in part from third-party sources, including multiple listing services, appraisal districts, and public records. These sources can contain errors or be out of date. Verify any information that matters to your decision — including square footage, acreage, boundaries, flood zone status, school assignments, taxes, and HOA details — before you rely on it.
Value estimates are not appraisals. Nothing on this website is legal, tax, financial, survey, or inspection advice.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NETX Real Estate Group, its agents, and eXp Realty, LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or your reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
This section does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under Texas law, and it does not modify the terms of any signed representation agreement.
4. Our Content and How You May Use It
Ownership. Our original reports, analysis, commentary, charts, graphics, and photographs are owned by NETX Real Estate Group and protected by copyright.
Personal use. You may share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Commercial and media use. Businesses and media outlets may quote or republish our original content if they (1) credit NETX Real Estate Group by name and (2) include a working link to the original page. You may not alter our content in a way that changes its meaning. If you’re featuring our work, we’d appreciate a heads-up so we can share it.
MLS and listing data. Listing information and data provided through a multiple listing service (MLS), including NTREIS, or through IDX is licensed to us, not owned by us, and is governed by that MLS’s rules. These Terms grant no right to copy, republish, or redistribute MLS or IDX data. You may cite statistics from our reports with the credit and link described above, but that does not grant any right to the underlying MLS data.
5. Automated Access
We welcome search engines and AI services that index our content and cite it with attribution. All automated access must follow our robots.txt file.
You may not use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to:
- copy or extract our data or reports for resale, for a third-party database, or for a competing product or service;
- submit or harvest our contact forms; or
- place an unreasonable load on this website.
We may block any automated traffic at our discretion.
6. Contact Forms
Our forms are for real estate inquiries — questions about the market, properties, values, or our services — and for media inquiries. They may not be used for sales pitches, vendor solicitations, or other commercial marketing. Submissions that violate this section may be deleted without a response.

If you don’t want to hear from us, we don’t want to contact you. You can opt out at any time: reply STOP to any text message, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or tell us by phone, text, email, or letter. We honor opt-out requests promptly and within the time required by law.
