    How We Sell Your Home

When you choose NETX Real Estate Group, you’re getting a structured, data-driven process built to move your home fast and at the right price. Here’s exactly how it works.

    Step 1

    Market Analysis & Pricing Strategy

Our pricing strategy is built on an AI-assisted review of macro DFW market data and micro-level neighborhood data. We target a contract within the first 10-21 days to avoid “market fatigue” and keep you in a position of strength.

    Step 2

    Preparation

We prepare your home to compete. By addressing decluttering, repairs, and staging upfront, we eliminate negotiating chips for the buyer. We don’t want to hand them any ammunition before they walk through the door.

    Step 3

    Marketing Strategy

We use every channel: professional photography, paid digital ads, social media, and international syndication. As an eXp Realty brokerage, we utilize unique “Coming Soon” syndication to build demand before day one.

    Step 4

    Listing Goes Live

When we hit the MLS, everything fires at once. There is no gradual rollout; we trigger maximum exposure in the first 24 to 48 hours to capitalize on peak buyer interest.

    Step 5

    Showings & Open Houses

Urgency is highest in the first 14 days. We may hold up to 14 open houses in two weeks if the property is vacant. If interest doesn’t meet our targets by day 14, our pricing contingency plan activates automatically.

    Step 6

    Offer & Negotiation

Our goal is a clean, well-structured contract. Because we address pricing and repair questions before going live, we negotiate from strength, avoiding long back-and-forths that risk the deal falling apart.

    Step 7

    Buyer Inspections

We manage the option period and buyer inspections closely. Our upfront preparation is designed to minimize surprises, giving buyers less reason to renegotiate or walk away.

    Step 8

    Closing & Transfer

We coordinate with the title company and lender to keep everything on schedule. On closing day, funds are released, the property is transferred, and you walk away with your proceeds.
